how to man without reenforcing patriarchy (in 10 easy steps!)

  1. respecting ALL women is the manliest thing you can do. failure or unwillingness to do so makes you a loser.
  2. you don't need to walk with a swagger to be manly. the cis fellas that do this are insecure as hell. you're better than them.
  3. confidence is key. the world is your oyster. even if it's walmart. chin up, relax your muscles, and remember it's confidence not arrogance. there's a difference.
  4. give a simple nod to a feller and he'll nod back, it's a very magical thing
  5. do some stretches so your back doesn't hurt all the time
  6. eat a meat stick or a banana
  7. listen to music by Beyoncé, Cher, Dolly Parton, and Dixon Dallas
  8. queers are your friends, we all have a kind word to share
  9. we all have our things that keep us going, as long as it's not doing any harm or impeding on anyone's autonomy, there should be no problems boblems.
  10. if a guy says his name is Roger it's your legal obligation to say "Roger that" and watch the light leave his eyes

and those are my ten easy steps to be a man without reenforcing the patriarchy :)
